PROJECT 002 / INFRASTRUCTURE

The HENNSA Homelab

A self-hosted environment where I can run applications, explore infrastructure choices and learn what goes into operating services myself.

Project overview

What it's about

The homelab gives me space to experiment outside of client projects. It combines Windows hosting, virtual machines, DNS, cloud connectivity and the practical work of keeping services available.

Areas I'm working on

  • Hosting applications and APIs with IIS
  • Automating deployments using a self-hosted GitHub Actions runner
  • Exploring secure access and Cloudflare connectivity
  • Testing approaches to private, self-hosted family services

Where it's going

The goal is practical learning and ownership of the stack, from deployment to day-to-day operations. I deliberately keep private network and administrative details off this public page.
